Piveteau HP+ Wood Pellets Piveteau HP+ wood pellets are made from 100% French softwood. The pellets are produced from sawdust and wood shavings generated during softwood processing at Piveteau sawmills. The sawdust and shavings are dried, processed and pressed into pellets at the production facilities. No additional binding agents are used; the natural components of the wood act as the binder. The pellets are manufactured using a drying process at temperatures of approximately 80°C. According to the supplied product specifications, they have a maximum moisture content of 8% and an ash content of less than 0.3%. The stated calorific value is at least 5.0 kWh/kg.
