Some Assembly Required This model ships partially assembled and needs a bit more setup than our average scooter. Before your first ride, the following parts must be installed: mirrors, battery, windshield, foot panel rubber cover, handlebar ends, battery cover, windshield covers, and balance blocks. We recommend assembly by a qualified mechanic or dealer. The Ice Bear Defender is a full-body, full-size commuter-style scooter capable of highway speeds and long road trips. A larger fuel tank allows for extended range. The 276cc engine is fuel-injected and liquid-cooled. The wheels are custom aluminum style and the brakes are ABS on the rear and dual disc 260mm on the front. CVT transmission and belt drive. The suspension is set up to smooth out the bumps and make for a nice ride at highway speeds. The dual telescopic front and rear dual shocks are adjustable for a custom ride. The headlights are LED and the Defender has a full gauge cluster with a speedometer, fuel gauge, and high beam indicator.
